Guided Meditations to Regulate Emotions
Through a blend of breathwork, meditation, and sound, our daily meditations lay the foundation for a healthy mind, body, and spirit. Your nervous system plays a crucial role in every aspect of your health and well-being. By focusing on emotional regulation, you can calm your body, elevate your mood, and strengthen resilience.
This leads to the idea that an important aspect of spiritual growth is growing your soul such that you are not simply controlled by your habitual and automatic emotional reaction to life. Those reactions get in the way of your growth, whereas our ability to emotionally regulate is an integral part of the maturing spiritual self.
