THE VISION BEYOND THE BOARD | A Life Design Workshop (Part 1)

[ $20 ADD-ON] Are you shaping your life, or letting life shape you? This isn’t just about cutting out pictures and gluing them on a board—it’s about crafting a vision that challenges you to face your fears and break through your self-imposed limits.

In this workshop, we’ll go through the vulnerable yet necessary journey of challenging your limiting beliefs and designing a life you truly want to live. This isn’t about checklists or surface-level goals, but about creating a life that actually fits who you are now. Whether it’s landing that dream job, finally taking that solo trip, or building the work-life balance you’ve been missing—it’s about creating a life that’s real, actionable, and aligned with your next chapter.

So, the real question is: Are you done waiting for “someday”?

RECLAIMING PRESENCE | A Ritual on Healing and Connection
Ritual-Maker: Heather Stringer
We are meant for connection—not only with others but with ourselves. Yet trauma, unexpressed grief, and the relentless pace of life pull us away from this essential relationship. When pain lingers unspoken, when grief remains unexpressed, our inner world becomes distant, unheard, and unknown.

In this ritual, we will slow down and listen. Through embodied practices, guided reflection, and expressing what we've known through symbols and gestures, we will create space to reconnect with the parts of ourselves that have been waiting for our attention.

This is an invitation to step out of survival mode and into presence—to name what has been buried, to honor what has been true, and to discover the goodness of who you are.
HEALING THROUGH COLOR | A Hand-Painting Journey

Step into a safe, soulful space where you’ll be guided to explore your inner world through expressive painting — using your hands as your primary tool.

This is not about technique or making “art,” but about emotional release, self-discovery, and healing through intuitive creation.

Led by Eric Jeng — a former finance professional turned global storyteller known for his heartfelt street interviews — this session draws from thousands of real-life conversations with strangers.

Eric will guide you through what he’s learned about presence, curiosity, and the simple yet powerful ways we can make others feel seen. Through reflection, storytelling, and hands-on practice, you’ll leave with tangible tools to create deeper, more meaningful connections in your everyday life.
MEDITATIVE CALLIGRAPHY
Calligrapher: David Chang
Explore how the rhythmic movements of calligraphy can become a moving meditation. Let go of mental chatter as you lose yourself in the fluid lines, allowing each stroke to ground you in the moment.

Whether you choose to inscribe uplifting mantras, poetic verses, or your own personal intentions, this workshop offers a sacred space for mindfulness through artistic expression. No previous experience is needed, just an open mind and heart.
SOMATIC STORYTELLING TO RELEASE YOUR EMOTIONS
Movement Alchemist & Facilitator: Eileen Kielty

Our bodies are constantly communicating with us and it is important to honor its visceral voice. This workshop explores the power of movement and its ability to heal and restore our access to our intuitive nature through both the individual and collective experience.

Eileen will guide participants through gentle stretching, presencing and embodiment practices to allow individuals to feel into what is present within their internal world; providing resources and tools to help build energetic discernment.

The group will then be invited to share their somatic story through gesture and movement, first in pairs / small groups then all together, to create a collective movement piece that conveys the overall themes within the space.
FLORAL ARRANGEMENT
Gather Artist: Echo Chen

[ $30 UPCHARGE ] Who doesn't love flowers? They're the vibrant sign of spring, a bringer of joy in celebration and hard times, and one of nature's most lovely art forms.

In this workshop we’ll explore our relationship to flowers, learning the feelings of different colors, textures, and forms of floral composition. We’ll spend some time free-drawing with our whole bodies to get comfortable with our own natural flow, and do the same with the flowers. We’ll shake and tap the flowers to get a sense of how each flower moves, listening to their organic nature and to how they want to be.

Attendees will learn the basics of picking and preparing flowers, tips for arranging, and how to maintain your arrangement for as long as possible. Most of all, we'll have fun, explore new things, and play together!
